Going from Strength to Strength - MBMC continues to grow market share through product and service excellence

The formation of Al Mulla & Behbehani Motor Company (MBMC) in 2006 created a new benchmark in Kuwait’s automotive industry and delivered immediate success with sales of Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge vehicles doubling within a year.

Pooling the wealth of experience that comes from Al Mulla’s 60-year association with Chrysler and Dodge and Behbehani’s 20-year relationship with Jeep proved to be a shrewd move, and MBMC has never looked back since. Today, the company continues to go from strength to strength, despite the economic situation that has prevailed in recent years.

MBMC has continued to invest heavily in its sales and service network in order to deliver world-class customer service excellence and add value to customer relationships - the central pillars of the company’s long-term objectives.

Clearly the strategy is working, as MBMC has achieved a consistent 10% year on year sales growth and is continuing to expand its capability with the development of yet another brand-new state-of-the-art sales, service and spare parts facility that is currently under construction. This is in line with MBMC’s goal of offering customers a full range of easily accessible one-stop sales, service and parts operations.

MBMC is a dynamic, successful company with a passionate commitment to customer service that runs through all levels of the company. It has successfully introduced a wide range of customer focused initiatives in order to maximise the company’s competitiveness - the successful formation of a new Fleet & Government Sales Department, strengthening of the Service Department, establishment of a Customer Relationship Management Department with fully-fledged call centre, strong push to recruit and train talented young Kuwaitis. This, and a clear, consistent pricing policy have all contributed to MBMC’s success.

Moving forward, MBMC, with the strong support of Chrysler Group Middle East, is continuing with a special programme of training to ensure that the company’s front line staff receive the best possible training that will equip them to deliver best in the business levels of customer service in a consistently professional manner that always puts the customer’s personal requirements first.

The last quarter of 2010 will see MBMC launching the eagerly anticipated and internationally heralded all-new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee and with more exciting new Chrysler, Jeep and Dodge models in the pipeline throughout the coming year, anticipates a stronger than ever sales performance as the new vehicles attract more and more customers to the brands.
